Your North Pole film
A personalised Christmas film of about 3 minutes, for 1 to 3 children from one family. You add each child’s first name and photo, one video, and for two or three children a photo of them all together.
- Santa watches your video on his tablet: the first 8½ seconds, without sound.
- Each child’s photo goes on Santa’s Nice List boards. With two or three children, the photo of them all together goes in the middle of his boards and into a little surprise with Rudolph. With one child, their own photo does both.
- Santa writes each name in his Nice List and ticks it off. At the end the names appear on the moon, and the narrator wishes them goodnight in the recording you heard and approved.
- A Nice List certificate with every name on it, as an A4 PDF to print at home.
The rest of the film is the same for every family. Your photos, video and names are what make it yours.
Before you order
Saving a draft is free. Before you order, you fit each photo into its frames, hear the goodnight line and check every name, photo and the video. We make your film from exactly what you approve, including how each photo sits in its frames, so please check the spelling of each name and that every face is fully inside its frames.
By adding photos and a video, you confirm that you are an adult, that you are the children’s parent or guardian or have their parent’s permission, and that the files are yours to share and show nothing unlawful or harmful. They stay yours: you let us use them only to make, store and deliver your film. Our privacy notice explains how we look after them.
The price
£25 for your family’s film, with up to 3 children from one family at no extra cost. Every order paid before Christmas Eve at 6pm UK time also includes one free gift film. You pay once, by card, through Stripe. Your card details go to Stripe, never to us.
Your right to cancel
Your film is digital content made just for you, and the elves start on it as soon as you pay. So before you pay, we ask you to tick this box:
“Please start making our film straight away. I understand that once my film is ready in My films, I lose my 14-day right to cancel.”
We can only take your order with the box ticked, and your order confirmation email repeats it. Until your film is ready, you can still change your mind: reply to your order confirmation, or email info@whiteaceai.com with your order reference, and we’ll refund you in full, to the card you paid with, within 14 days. Once your film is ready, you can’t cancel for a change of mind. This doesn’t affect your rights if something is wrong with your film.

When your film is ready
Most films are ready within an hour. In the busiest week before Christmas, please allow up to 24 hours. We’ll email you as soon as yours is ready, and if it takes longer than that, we’ll email to let you know.
If a photo or video can’t be used
Now and then a file can’t be used, for example because it won’t open or the video is shorter than a second. If that happens, we’ll email you, and you can upload a new one on your order page. A new photo is fitted into its frames there too. There’s nothing extra to pay, and the elves start again as soon as it arrives.
Watching and keeping your film
Your film and certificate arrive in My films, where you can watch and download them for 30 days after delivery. After that they’re deleted and can’t be recovered, so please save a copy.
The film is for your family to enjoy and to share with family and friends. Please don’t sell it or use it for business or advertising, and think carefully before sharing a film of your children publicly.
Your free gift film
- Every order paid before Christmas Eve at 6pm UK time includes one free gift film: a link waiting for you in My films. Orders paid after that don’t include one.
- Send it to another family, or use it yourself for more of your own children. That’s how a family with more than three children can include them all.
- It works once, until Christmas Eve at 6pm UK time (24 December 2026). After that it stops working.
- Whoever uses it makes their film just as you did, under these terms, and pays nothing. A gift film doesn’t come with another gift link.
- If your order is refunded in full, or its payment is disputed, an unused gift link stops working. A gift film that has already been made is not affected.
If something’s wrong
Your film should be as described and play properly. If something is wrong with it, tell us and we’ll put it right. If we can’t, you may be entitled to some or all of your money back. Nothing in these terms affects your legal rights.
We’re responsible for loss or damage you suffer that was a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or not taking reasonable care. We’re not responsible for business losses, as the film is for your family’s personal use. Nothing here limits our responsibility where the law doesn’t allow it, such as for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.
Questions and complaints
Just reply to any of our emails, or write to info@whiteaceai.com, and we’ll do our best to put things right quickly.
The law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. You can bring a claim in the courts of England and Wales, or in your local courts if you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland.
If we change these terms, the version you agreed to when you ordered still applies to your order.
